- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

About the Role
We are an established Estate Agency with two London branches seeking a Remote Sales Manager based in the Philippines. You will oversee our Philippines-based sales team while acting as a bridge between our remote operations and London offices.

Key Responsibilities:
**Team Management**
- Oversee the Philippines-based sales team handling leads
- Ensure team maintains accurate database records
- Provide coaching and guidance to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
- Monitor performance and conduct teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings

**Sales & Client Management**
- Manage sales progression from offer to completion
- Maintain regular contact with clients
- Process and progress property offers
- Handle client inquiries professionally

**Operational Support**
- Act as bridge between Philippines team and London-based manager
- Ensure exceptional customer service delivery
- Identify process improvements
- Generate reports as required

Essential Requirements

**Experience & Skills**
- Management or supervisory experience in customer service
- **Quick learner who adapts rapidly to new systems**
- Strong leadership and team motivation abilities
- Understanding of sales processes

**Communication**
- Excellent spoken English with professional delivery
- Outstanding written communication skills
- Very polite and courteous demeanor
- Professional phone manner
