Position:Tier 1 ERP Monitoring and Technical Support Analyst

Work setup & shift:WFH | Night Shift

Responsibilities:

  • Tier 1 IT ERP Monitoring and Technical Support
  • Monitor an ERP report schedular for issues
  • Resolve issues by taking documented actions
  • Escalate critical issues via email, chat, phone
  • Monitor and resolve ERP tickets submitted by end users
  • Provide basic troubleshooting steps (we will provide FAQ's / training).
  • Chat with IT team over Zoom and Microsoft Teams

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Fluent English
  • Customer Service Skills
  • 1 year+ experienced as ERP Technical Support Analyst.  ERP and or Database monitoring.
  • Jira, Confluence
  • Backend ERP monitoring, config, administration
  • Preferred: INFOR Cloud Suite Distribution (CSD)
