Job Description:

  • Conducts pre-shift planning (game planning, setting of shift targets and activities) and pre-shift team briefing.
  • Leads the team in achieving the shift targets for customer satisfaction, sales, quality and profit.
  • Implements standard systems and procedures such as but not limited to: Quality Management, Restaurant security procedures and appropriate preventive measures, cash control and selling cycle, crisis and risk prevention and control, sales and marketing.
  • Conducts quality audit, identifies root causes of deviations and implements corrective action)
  • Exercises overall management of team members through the implementation of all policies, programs, SOPs, rules, and regulations affecting personnel conduct and performance on the job

A little bit about you:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as Shift Head or any supervisory role in similar industry.
  • Knowledgeable in F&B Processes.
  • Computer literate.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
