About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at MFG Manille Inc.' in our SM Southmall store. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring exceptional customer service in our bustling retail outlet.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing and directing a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Overseeing store inventory, merchandising, and stock control to optimize product availability and presentation
  • Handling customer enquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Implementing and monitoring store policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain operational efficiency
  • Providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to sales associates to develop their skills and capabilities
  • Collaborating with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and security regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail store supervisory or management role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy
  • Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and data analysis to make informed, data-driven decisions
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
  • Familiarity with retail industry best practices and trends, as well as relevant regulations and compliance requirements
