Counter Supervisor

• Graduate in any 4-years course.
• With at least 2 years Supervisory experience in Hardware, Retail, Sales or Services.
• With excellent oral and written communication skills
• Willing to assigned at SM Southmall Las Piñas

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Ensures attainment of maximum and efficient service at the cashiering counter.

· Implements safety and security control measures relative to cashiering functions.

· Execute S.A.L.E.S. process and contribute to the achievement of the department's targeted sales.

· Ensures branch compliance with ACE policies, standards, and reportorial requirements.

· Supports the Store Manager in the supervision & administration of branch personnel.

· If assigned, handle cash transactions related to the Loose Change Fund for cashiers and receive cashand check sales collections.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
