Description:

  • Build and maintain full-stack features for an ERP-style business system, from backend logic to frontend user interactions.
  • Develop backend services and business rules using Python (validations, workflows, automation, permissions, data integrity).
  • Develop frontend components and UI behaviors using JavaScript (forms, tables, dashboards, client-side validation, UX improvements).
  • Design and implement data models that reflect core ERP concepts (customers, suppliers, items, pricing, taxes, inventory, GL/ledgers, workflows).
  • Create and optimize reporting features (filters, exports, summaries) that support Finance and Operations.
  • Build integrations with third-party tools using REST APIs and webhooks (syncing master data, transactions, notifications).
  • Write clean, maintainable code with proper structure, reusable modules, and documentation.
  • Debug and resolve issues across application logic, data, performance, and edge cases—especially in transaction-heavy flows.
  • Support releases and deployments with version control best practices, testing, and rollback-aware changes.
  • Collaborate with product/ops stakeholders to convert business requirements into clear technical tasks and shipped features.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3+ years experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
  • Strong working knowledge of JavaScript and Python (both required).
  • Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL/MariaDB/Postgres), schema design, and writing efficient queries.
  • Familiarity with how ERP systems work: modules, master data, transactional documents, approval flows, audit trails, and reporting.
  • Experience with Git workflows and structured task tracking (Jira, Linear, ClickUp, or similar).
  • Strong English communication (written and verbal) and highly organized working style.
  • IT/CS graduate or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with accounting/inventory concepts (taxes, ledgers, stock movement, reconciliation).
  • Experience with automation/scripting for exports, data validation, and compliance-oriented reporting.
  • Exposure to deployment environments (Linux, Docker, CI/CD) and basic performance tuning.
