Job Summary:

The Key Accounts Group Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers to ensure long-term business success. This role involves understanding client needs, driving sales growth, and creating strategic plans based on data-driven insights.
The ideal candidate should have a background in food preparation or R&D, enabling them to conceptualize and contribute new product ideas aligned with market and customer needs.
The Key Accounts Group Manager works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of initiatives and seamless execution of account strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management & Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Proactively address and resolve client concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Sales Growth & Business Development

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales, volume, and profit targets.
  • Identify and maximize growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Drive promotional, pricing, and trade activities in close coordination with Marketing and Operations.
  • Collaborate with R&D and/or leverage food preparation expertise to ideate, develop, and customize product concepts based on customer and market needs.

Data Analysis & Strategy Development

  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Translate customer insights into
    product development or improvement opportunities
    in partnership with R&D.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, forecasts, and business reviews for management.
  • Recommend and implement action plans based on data-driven insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with CMD, Supply Chain, Operations, and
    R&D
    to ensure alignment and smooth execution of account and product initiatives.
  • Clearly cascade account strategies and new product concepts to internal teams for efficient execution.

Negotiation & Compliance

  • Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and commercial terms within approved company guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, trade agreements, and operational standards.
