Plan and implement repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and related systems for safe and efficient mall functioning. Ensure compliance with standards set by government agencies and local authorities. Project Management: Conceptualize and prepare proposals for innovations and compliance with new standards to enhance engineering processes, productivity, and efficiency.

Participate in performance planning for Resident Engineers and secure management approval for projects. Mall Housekeeping: Provide manpower or contractors for maintenance activities like replacing lights, perform regular inspections of tenant areas for cleanliness, and conduct house rules orientation for tenants' opening teams. Mall Facilities Management: Plan, manage, and execute operations, repairs, and maintenance of mall MEPFS equipment and projects.

Ensure timely completion of CMMS PM, repair, and CAPEX work orders. Act as Pollution Control Officer. Mall Utilities Administration: Handle service requests related to utilities, assign personnel, and conduct regular checks to ensure efficient water and electricity supply.

Tenant Relations: Participate in on-site inspections of ongoing construction and renovation (MEPFS), tenant safety audits, and egress processes related to MEPFS systems. Safety and Security: Report safety and security issues affecting electromechanical equipment, recommend resolutions, and ensure compliance of MEPFS systems with safety standards. People Management: Manage recruitment, support, and development of team members, including performance management, safety, wellness, benefits, motivation, communication, administration, and training.
