JOB SUMMARY:

The MIND+ Movement Coach is a dynamic and passionate individual whose main job is to implement the program protocol to the studio's clients. This role involves working closely with a varied group of clients, with a significant emphasis on pediatric individuals who have neurodevelopmental needs such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Communication Disorder, etc.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Psychology, Special Education, Sports Science, Occupational Therapy, Physical Education, and Physical Therapy
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

JOB SKILLS:

  • Dynamic, active, and quick-thinking individuals
  • Physically fit
  • Adept and comfortable at engaging with kids
  • Experience working with individuals with special needs is advantageous but not required (training will be provided)
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Willingness to do on-site work (located at BGC, Taguig)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Implement the Functional Neuro-motor Activation Technique with the clients. Training will be provided.
  • Collect and update data on the client's performance (e.g. video updates, session notes).
  • Write, submit, and follow turnaround time for client progress reports.
  • Answer and coordinate inquiries about the program (face-to-face, phone, social media) when necessary.
  • Ensure the session area is clean, organized, and free from distractions and clutter in coordination with the studio's custodian.
  • Prepare materials for both face-to-face and online sessions.

JOB TYPE:

  • Full-time / Rotation between Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday.
  • Schedule to be coordinated with the immediate supervisor
