Movement Coach/Therapist

We are looking Movement Coach who will be responsible for implementing the company's movement protocol to help the clients achieve their most vibrant physical, cognitive, and mental states.

Specific Responsibilities:

A. Clinical Duties:

  1. Implement Movement Protocol, specifically to familiarize and master the company's specialized technique.
  2. Access the client's files to read the client's current level of functioning and review the client's goals and objectives.
  3. Send timely video or photo updates to clients.
  4. Write and submit client progress reports.
  5. Give appropriate feedback to the parents/guardians after every session
  6. Update client notes regularly.
  7. Answer and coordinate inquiries about the program (face-to-face, phone, social media) when necessary.
  8. Ensure the session area is clean, organized, and free from distractions and clutter in coordination with the studio's custodian.
  9. Ensure all session materials are disinfected as needed in coordination with the studio's custodian.
  10. Prepare materials for both face-to-face and online sessions.
  11. Conduct group sessions under the supervision of the lead coach.

B. Marketing

  1. Physical participation in marketing videos and materials in the MIND+ social media and other marketing initiatives.
  2. Upload the assigned client videos to Google Drive.

C. Training

  1. Regularly attend the weekly team meetings.
  2. Participate in the internal (and external when applicable) training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology,
    Physical/Special Education,
    Physical Therapy, Sports Science, or Occupational Therapy.
  • At least 6 months of experience in interacting with neurodivergent clients.
  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Must be willing to work on-site (BGC, Taguig) and on a shifting schedule
