GCash, National Capital Region, Philippines Merch Operations & Logistics Lead The Merch Operations & Logistics Lead is responsible for warehouse planning, inventory management, and ensuring timely delivery of merchandise. This includes overseeing logistics, vendor management, and disposal planning to support on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery, as well as the creation and maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs) for inventory and delivery operations. Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Inventory Management Lead warehouse planning, including budget management, inventory counts, and disposal coordination with vendors. Oversee the deployment of merchandise, ensuring timely sorting, kitting, packing, and delivery to the head office, distributors, or regional agencies. Manage vendor relationships for warehousing, logistics, and disposal services, ensuring timely and cost-effective operations. Logistics & Delivery Management Plan and manage logistics, ensuring timely deliveries aligned with operational timelines and vendor coordination. Ensure accurate forecasting and efficient delivery timelines to meet OTIF (On Time In Full) goals. Data Analysis & Reporting Create and maintain systematic dashboards for inventory tracking, delivery timelines, stock freshness, and availability. Monitor KPIs related to inventory management, including stock freshness, wastage, and logistics efficiency. Work closely with Procurement to manage warehouse and delivery rate cards, vendor SLAs, and contracts. Raise necessary documents (MTS, PR, GR, TAS) to support logistics and warehouse operations. Coordinate billing and vendor-related activities to ensure financial accuracy and timely payments. Qualifications Educational Background Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience At least 5 years of experience in merchandising operations, logistics, or related fields. Proven ability in strategic thinking, project management, and logistics planning. Experience in managing vendor relationships and overseeing operational budgets. Strong capability in strategic planning and execution. Excellent at managing relationships with internal teams and external vendors. Experience in managing budgets and financial forecasting.
