Your Role
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Track Competitor Activity

  • Monitor and document our competitors' property listings (just listed, on-market, under contract, closed, total days on market, taken off the market).
  • Record sale prices and compare them to listing prices.
  • Contact outside brokers to obtain offering memorandums, pricing guidance, and their marketing process.
  • Identify common themes, such as frequent price reductions, to inform pricing strategies.

Research/Data Management

  • Maintain detailed records in Excel, tracking all relevant data points (owner contact info, property info, company info, property-level rents, etc.)
  • Source current market rents
  • Source housing statistics, job creators, and other growth- all within a submarket.

Marketing

  • Writing paragraphs describing the property and the investment opportunity.
  • Writing paragraphs describing the Metro Area.

Qualifications
What You Need:

  • Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
  • Able to navigate online data analysis tools, including but not limited to A.I. tools
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Attention to detail.
