Market Research Expert

The role of a Market Analyst involves conducting in-depth research and analysis to provide valuable insights to clients and brokers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To gather relevant information from various sources and maintain an accurate database for local research publications and internal use.
  • Support the Tenant Representation team by preparing comprehensive market reports and presentations.
  • To establish strong relationships with real estate partners, government agencies, and other analysts to share and disseminate market data.
  • Assist in preparing ad-hoc research reports that cater to client pitches and presentations.
  • In-charge of creating and managing microsites and Google AdWords campaigns for Tenant Representation.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business or a related field is essential.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Outstanding writing, reporting, and presentation skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is mandatory.
