Job Description:

We're seeking a sharp and detail-oriented Investment Research Associate to drive market intelligence and support investment decision-making. You'll be responsible for researching companies, sectors, and macro trends — both locally and internationally — and delivering timely insights to the investment team.

What You'll Do:

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct deep research on local and foreign companies (public and private) to identify potential investment opportunities.
  • Reporting: Prepare concise daily market and company reports for internal circulation.
  • Trend Analysis: Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and macroeconomic developments to support investment theses.
  • Event Participation: Occasionally attend select industry events to stay informed and expand the firm's market visibility.
  • Pipeline Management: Assist in tracking and maintaining the investment opportunity pipeline.

What We're Looking For:

  • Analytical Skills: Strong research and analytical capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Communication: Clear and structured writing skills for reports and briefs.
  • Investment Interest: Passion for capital markets, investing, and emerging industries.
  • Experience: Investment experience is a plus.
  • Extra Edge: Personal investing experience is a plus but not required.
  • Mindset: Self-starter with strong attention to detail and intellectual curiosity.
