Job Summary:

We are seeking a polished, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a representative of a prestigious brand, you will deliver an exceptional client experience through personalized service, deep product knowledge, and a refined sense of style. Your role is to build lasting relationships with clientele while achieving sales goals and upholding the brand's standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Experience: Deliver world-class, personalized customer service to a discerning clientele. Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming, elegant environment.
  • Sales & Performance: Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets. Drive conversion through storytelling, styling, and upselling.
  • Clienteling: Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, follow-ups, and loyalty-building strategies.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain expert knowledge of current collections, brand heritage, and craftsmanship to educate clients.
  • Visual Standards: Ensure the boutique meets luxury visual merchandising and cleanliness standards at all times.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to achieve shared goals and support an inclusive, positive workplace culture.
  • Inventory & Operations: Assist with stock management, transfers, and accurate POS transactions in accordance with company procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in luxury retail or high-end customer-facing roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Impeccable grooming and professional presentation
  • Passion for luxury fashion, watches, jewelry, or lifestyle products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
