About the role

At N&M Staffing Services', we have an exciting opportunity for a Vietnamese Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Vietnamese Sales Agent, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our Vietnamese-speaking clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and tailored sales solutions. This full-time role is based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, providing you with the opportunity to work in a vibrant and collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads among Vietnamese-speaking clients
  2. Engage with clients to understand their unique business needs and challenges
  3. Develop and present customised sales proposals that address client requirements
  4. Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring client satisfaction
  5. Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service
  7. Continuously seek opportunities to expand our Vietnamese client base

What we're looking for

  1. Fluency in Vietnamese and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
  3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  4. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  5. Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to build lasting client relationships
  6. Familiarity with the local business landscape and Vietnamese client preferences
  7. Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow within the role
  8. Permanent Visa Holder, Filipino Citizen or with Temporary Resident Permit
