The Fulfillment & Inventory Coordinator ensures smooth, accurate, and efficient execution of daily fulfillment and inventory operations. This role bridges frontline execution and management, overseeing team performance, maintaining process accuracy, and driving continuous improvement across fulfillment and stock management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily fulfillment operations to ensure orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and dispatched on time.

  • Plan and execute fulfillment strategies with the Operations Lead/Manager, especially during peak or campaign periods.

  • Supervise, train, and support fulfillment and inventory staff to maintain accuracy, quality, and productivity.

  • Coordinate with logistics providers for timely pick-up and delivery of orders.

  • Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and prepare daily operational and inventory reports.

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, conduct stock checks, and ensure proper organization of storage areas.

  • Identify and report discrepancies, damaged items, and low stock levels, ensuring sufficient packaging and fulfillment supplies.

  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and workflow.

  • Address operational issues promptly and escalate to management when necessary.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures for safety, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, or inventory operations (e-commerce experience preferred).

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.

  • Experience in team leadership roles supervising or coordinating small operational teams within a fast paced environment.

  • Can manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven.

  • Comfortable using inventory or fulfillment systems (E-commerce platforms, Excel/Google Sheets, etc.)

  • Willing to work in Imus, Cavite
