About the role
The Office staff supports the micro-lending operations be performing administrative, documentation and customer service duties with a strong focus on accuracy, borrower verification and fraud prevention. The role ensures that all client information and loan documents are authentic, complete and compliant with company and regulatory standard
What you'll be doing
- Prepare, organize and maintain all loan documents, borrower files and official records (digital and physical)
- Encode and update client profiles, loan applications and payment histories in the company data base
- Ensure that each files contains all required supporting documents before submission for approval
- Maintain a confidential list of clients with previous fraud or delinquency record
- Support field operations be preparing borrower lists and summaries for collection and monitoring
- Help monitor overdue accounts and generate daily and weekly reports on collections, pending accounts and delinquencies.
- Support audit and internal checks by providing accurate records and documents.
- Assist in implementing office-level safeguards to prevent internal or borrower-related fraud.
- Maintain good client relations and promote trust in the company's lending services
What we're looking for
- College Graduate -Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related
- Preferably with experience in micro-lending, collections or documentation work
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot consistencies in borrower documents
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel) and basic record management
- Honest discreet and reliable able to handle confidential information with integrity
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Good communication and coordination skills.
