Job Summary

The office staff member is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support functions within a fast-paced environment to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the office. This role is essential for maintaining an organized office, coordinating schedules, and providing direct logistical support for our technical and sales teams to facilitate a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, mailing, and filing.
  • Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems for documents, records, and reports.
  • Assist with data entry, updating spreadsheets, and maintaining databases with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including booking conference rooms and Greathall.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events or travel arrangements as needed.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense report processing for technical and management staff.
  • Ensure the communal office areas are tidy, well-organized, and professional.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle general inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.).

Qualifications

· Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration) is a plus.

· Experience: Proven experience (e.g., 1 years) as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a related administrative role is preferred. (Fresh Graduate are willing to apply)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php180, Php181,700.00 per year
