Property Manager/Executive Assistant

JOB SUMMARY:
- Is involved in all aspects, such as but not limited to the day-to-day operations of the property including Accounting, Tenant Relations, Maintenance and Repair, and Security—Janitorial Services, Sourcing of Potential Tenants, etc.
- Handles tenant complaints and service requests, and must be familiar with the terms of tenant leases.
- Reports financial performance of the property and performs administrative and clerical tasks.
- Verifies all invoice amounts and information with approved Service Orders or Contracts
- Provides confidential administrative and project support services to the company owners.
- Performs other work-related tasks as may be assigned by the company owners.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor's degree in any course,
· At least three (3) years of relevant experience
· Knowledgeable in using the SAP system, has basic accounting principles, banking, and other related tasks
· Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
· Preferably knowledgeable in Building Administration and Office Management
