The Property Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and administration of assigned properties to ensure they are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with company standards. The role involves coordinating with tenants, service providers, and internal teams to address concerns, manage repairs, and ensure smooth property operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and building services.
  • Monitor and ensure proper upkeep of facilities, including cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and implementation of maintenance plans and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and building personnel for repairs, renovations, and service requests.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Support lease administration, including move-in/move-out procedures and tenant documentation.
  • Conduct regular inspections of property and facilities to ensure compliance with standards and policies.
  • Track and monitor utility usage, equipment status, and building conditions.
  • Assist in budget preparation, cost monitoring, and expense reporting.
  • Prepare and submit operational and incident reports to management.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and company requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to building staff such as technicians, security, and housekeeping.

Qualifications

  • Must be license Engineer
  • Experience in property, facilities, or building operations is an advantage.
  • Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to supervise staff and coordinate with various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
