As a Sales Account Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind client satisfaction and revenue growth. Your mission? To nurture key client relationships, streamline sales processes, and ensure seamless coordination between customers and internal teams. You'll play a pivotal role in order management, sales support, and identifying opportunities to upsell—all while contributing to Cabletech's business expansion.
Key Impact Areas:
- Client Relationship Management – Be the trusted advisor for assigned accounts, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and keeping satisfaction high.
- Sales Support & Coordination – Power the sales engine by preparing quotes, contracts, and coordinating deliveries.
- Order & Pipeline Management – Keep sales activities on track with precise order processing, CRM updates, and performance reporting.
- Customer Retention & Upselling – Spot opportunities to grow accounts through renewals, upgrades, and tailored solutions.
