Role Description

This full-time Software Developer – Platform Security Infrastructure role is based in Cebu with hybrid working arrangements, allowing some work from home flexibility. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining secure software solutions as part of Lexmark's platform security initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing high-quality code, contributing to back-end web development, implementing object-oriented programming principles, and addressing security infrastructure challenges. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the effectiveness of security systems is key.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Computer Science concepts and principles.
  • Skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development processes.
  • Experience with Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work setup, with strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Understanding of security concepts and experience in platform security is a plus.
