About the role

As the Contact Centre Supervisor (Dispatch Support) at OfficePartners, 360 Inc.', you will play a crucial role in handling customer calls and emails. Your goal is to ensure smooth daily operations, motivate your team, and improve processes so we can deliver outstanding service. You'll also work closely with Operations, Marketing, HR, and Field Services.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and support the Dispatch Team in managing customer requests and field coordination.
  • Coach, train, and grow your team to perform at their best.
  • Monitor performance, analyze reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Create and implement processes to boost efficiency and cut costs.
  • Work with leadership and HR on compliance, scheduling, and service planning.
  • Support special projects and other duties as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of supervisory/management experience in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Strong people leadership skills—motivating, coaching, and developing a team.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable with data, reports, and improving processes.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
