You will:

  • Maintain and strengthen community and reseller partnerships
  • Create and support joint events and marketing activities
  • Recruit and onboard new KoLs, Influencers, Resellers
  • Manage daily partner communication and performance

  • Experience with partnerships, marketing, relationship-building and channel management

Key Responsibilities

Reseller Management

  • Recruit, Scout new resellers and onboarding them onto our program
  • Maintain strong ongoing communication with all partners.
  • Track reseller performance, run quarterly reviews, and implement support plans when needed
  • Develop materials and resources to help resellers market and sell effectively.

Partnership & Community Development

  • Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities in the community
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure clear expectations.
  • Recruit KoLs, Influencers to further establish brand presence.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to execute partner campaigns.
  • Manage renewals and re-certifications of partner programs.

Operational & Administrative

  • Maintain accurate partner records (CRM updates, documentation, contract tracking).
  • Provide monthly performance reports to management.
  • Coordinate with management on pricing, promotions and others
  • Assist with planning partner events, webinars, and strategic initiatives.

Customer & Product Alignment

  • Gather partner feedback for partnership improvements.
  • Ensure partners follow Puzzlebox brand and product guidelines.
  • Help troubleshoot partner challenges or escalate internally when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
