QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
  • Graduate of Logistics, Warehouse Management, or Engineering program
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics management or supply chain operations (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to guide teams effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid organizing and coordinating capabilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Team-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and collaboration

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee Material Delivery
  • Manage and monitor the timely delivery of materials to ensure project schedules are met.
  • Aggregate and analyze inventory data; provide regular feedback to the project team to support decision-making and resource planning.
  • Supervise inventory levels and track the full request-to-delivery cycle to maintain optimal stock availability.
  • Communicate effectively with project teams and other units within the supply chain department to ensure seamless operations.
  • Proactively assist in expediting the arrival of urgent or missing materials to the warehouse to prevent project delays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
