JOB BRIEF:

The Project Coordinator role is to join the team and support the organization while providing over sight on projects within the organization. This includes coordinating with different departments to ensure projects are completed on time. Ultimately, the Project Coordinator role is to work with various teams and stakeholders to monitor project progress and provide oversight to ensure projects are completed promptly and within the budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Communicating with internal parties (management, all involved parties, and departments) regarding project requirements and goals.

· Communicating with external parties (suppliers and contractors) regarding project requirements and needs.

· Research information to support other teams and department as needed.

· Contributing to the planning and development of projects.

· Supporting the coordination and management of projects.

· Performing administrative tasks such as preparing and maintaining project documents and records, payment request, monitoring of payables, sourcing and estimates, scheduling meetings etc…

· Keeping track of and reporting on project progress.

· Completing any task assigned by the Project Manager and/or owners in an efficient and timely manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Degree in Architecture or Engineering or related field preferred.

· Proven work experience as Project Coordinator

· Highly organized and able to multitask

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Able to work independently and as a part of the team.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and Power Point

· Proficiency in AutoCAD

· Familiarity with but not limited to the following applications: Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Corel and or any related applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php27,000.00 per month
