What You'll Do

  • Oversee credit operations across Corporate Business Loans, Consumer, Small & Microfinance portfolios.
  • Manage the Credit Investigation & Appraisal Department and Credit Control Section to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Drive the division's strategic direction, aligning credit initiatives with the bank's overall vision and growth goals.
  • Supervise and refine credit policies, risk ratings, and ensure full adherence to BSP regulations.
  • Review and endorse qualified corporate business loans to the ExCom and Board for approval.
  • Approve consumer, small, and microfinance loans that meet the risk asset acceptance criteria.
  • Uphold operational excellence through strict implementation of standard credit policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a balanced credit portfolio, optimizing returns while managing risk exposure.
  • Champion process improvements to boost efficiency throughout the credit cycle.
  • Foster strong collaboration between Credit and Marketing teams to drive business growth responsibly.

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of any business-related course from a reputable university.
  • 5–8 years of proven experience in credit review, loan evaluation, and risk assessment—especially in business lending.
  • In-depth knowledge of credit processes, BSP MORB, BSP Circulars, and CAR requirements.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • A risk- and results-oriented mindset, with confidence in reporting to the ExCom and presenting credit proposals for decision
