JOB SUMMARY:

Field Sales Agent promote and sells our products ( Fast-Moving Consumer Goods FMCG) directly to customers. The ideal candidate is a goal-driven salesperson who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves traveling to different locations, generating leads, and closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Identify and approach potential customers in assigned territories.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients.
  • Promote and present company products/services to customers.

Costumer Engagement & Negotiation

  • Conduct face-to-face sales meetings and product demonstration.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals effectively.

Target Achievement & Reporting

  • Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
  • Gather market insights and costumer feedback for business improvements.

On- Site Marketing & Promotions

  • Participate in field marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional events.
  • Distribute flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials.

After-Sales Support

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide support in handling product related issues.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business marketing or a related field ( preferred).
  • Experience in field sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Can drive a motorcycle with clutch ( Honda TMX 125)
  • With valid driver's license.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Basic knowledge in FMCG is a plus.
