Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales Agent to join our growing team. The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing deals to achieve company revenue targets. This is a field-based role that requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, referrals, field visits, and networking.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to address client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
  • Provide feedback to the team regarding customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products/services.
  • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably field sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • High school diploma required; a college degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (if applicable).
