  • Directly reports to the Project Management Dept. (PMD) Head or Project Manager
  • Prepares, monitors and reports project timetables/Gantt charts
  • Collaborate with Planning and Design Department for project requirements
  • Conducts regular site visits and attends to client meetings
  • Stays on site to monitor progress of project and may be required to stay in for the duration of the project
  • Prepares and presents detailed project cost estimates and proposals
  • Sources supplies, builds relationships and negotiates with suppliers
  • Ensures that Foreman and Lead men are briefed of the plans and timetables before the start of each project and monitors work progress and expenses for each project
  • Guides and coaches labor workforce by conducting regular site / toolbox meetings
  • Ensures goals, standards, budgets and deadlines of Project Manager/PMD Head are met
  • Assists in overall Operations and Project Management requirements in the following areas:

o Project and Client Management

o Sourcing and Purchasing

o Manpower Management and Training

o Equipment and Tools Inventory

o Safety Requirements

o Financial Management, Expense Monitoring and Payroll

o Documentation and Reporting

o Processing of Permits
