Job Summary:

-Manage and oversee cold storage operation and personnel ensuring smooth and efficient operation while also maximizing sales serving.

Job Suties and Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement standard operating procedures and monitoring templates across all company storages

-Establish and lead storage personnel to [fulfill operations and delivery requirements, highlighting performance standards and mentor the team to exceed performance expectations and accountability

-Oversee organizational performance indicators with goal of maximizing sales serving and minimizing costs. Drive annual operating plans, monitors progress and implement corrective action when needed. Participate in budget development and exercise budgetary control over cold storage operations

-Conduct regular hub visits to check on hub operations personnel and 3rd party operating procedures. Manage all activities and supervise personnel in the following but not limited to: receiving, storing (putaway), picking, scheduling, and dispatching activities in all company storages

-Check and maintain all hub operation reports. Ensure proper delegation of tasks and aid in controlling inventory by supporting physical counts with audit team to reconcile reports with internal transfer dcouments

-Manage and monitor 3rd party party truckers in allcompany storages, plan out routes and clustering to optimize distribution of company products

-Participate in development and implementation of internal warehouse management system for cold storage operations

-Monitor movements to and from storages ensuring proper receipts of goods and flag questionnable movements. Cross-check consistency between cold storage reports versus internal team reports and reconcile any misalignment

-Monitor buffer levels and ensure flagging of near-expiry items in the cold storages

-Manage the cold storage operations field team to drive and ensure all department initiatives are met

-Collaborate with Planning, sales and 3rd pary cold stoarge providers to ensure alignment in all cold storage operation tasks

-Supervise, evaluate and train employees in the cold storage operations. Coordinate training needs with other departments or external trainors to ensure the team's fulfillment of each functional responsibility

-Establish and practice a culture of cost-consciousness among the department at all times. Be aware of storage expenses and suggest cost savings activities throughout operation

-Ensure workplace safety among members at all times and safeguard company assets and properties

-Be responsible in all cold storage operation related taks that amy be needed and perform other related duties assigned by supervisor

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, College Graduate

-With minimum of 5 years experience in warehouse management

-Emphasis on people management and knowledge solid foundation and experience on inventory management and data analysis

-Outstanding problem solving skills

-Excellent communcation and leadership skills
