Central Replenishment Planner (CRP)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Central Replenishment Planner (CRP) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can manage inventory parameters, release Stock Transfer Orders (STOs), and coordinate with warehouses, logistics, and branches to ensure the right stock is in the right place, on time, and in full.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set and maintain min–max inventory levels for each SKU across branches.
  • Run daily replenishment calculations and release Stock Transfer Orders (STOs).
  • Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics on picking, loading, and dispatch schedules.
  • Monitor fill-rates, variances, and backorders to ensure service-level targets are met.
  • Communicate replenishment plans and stock issues to branch teams.
  • Analyze sales trends and adjust replenishment parameters to improve stock availability.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years in replenishment, inventory planning, or warehouse operations.
  • Strong Excel/Sheets skills (pivots, formulas, data analysis).
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems (STO creation, stock monitoring, scanning).
  • Detail-oriented with strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of logistics routing and inventory controls is a plus.
