-Supervise cold storage personnel to ensure activities to facilitate juston time deliveries to customers of high quality; frozen meat is carried according to approved standards.

-Maintain cold chain links whil forzen products ae in transit to ensure that all deliverables are transported properly and free of damage (inbound and outbound).

-Ensure that all task are properly delegated in accordnace to company's prscribed objective to achive the highest level of prodcutivity.

-Ensure that Food Safety Requirements are carrried out and applied inside the operations

-Perform assigned tasks and take necessary actions if deviations to perform these task arepresent.

-Apply motivational techniques in supervising, coaching, counseling subordinates and provide necessary input into the performance evaluation form.

Qualificvations:

College Graduate

with 2 years experience in warehouse management experience

with personal discipline,an eye for details, antural leader, above average written and verbal communication skills, adepth in computerworks and good in math

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 per month
