Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods in our logistics/courier facility. The Warehouse Manager will ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes run smoothly and promptly to support our delivery network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities including inbound/outbound shipments, inventory management, order fulfillment, and dispatch scheduling.
  • Manage warehouse staff: plan shifts, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
  • Coordinate with delivery drivers, logistics partners, and operations team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and security protocols.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce handling time.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy using warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and vehicles.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
  • Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance metrics such as order accuracy, stock levels, and dispatch timelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar logistics leadership role.
  • Experience with courier or third-party logistics (3PL) operations is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics management experience.
