We are looking for an
Data Scientist
– Assistant Manager
to support the development of advanced analytics models and big data solutions. The role will focus on building predictive and prescriptive models, managing analytics use cases, and delivering actionable insights that drive operational efficiency, customer experience, and business growth.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Identify, scope, and deliver analytics use cases across traffic, customer, and operations.

  2. Build and validate predictive models using machine learning and statistical methods.

  3. Analyze large datasets from multiple sources (Toll Collection System, Account Management System)

  4. Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure quality data for analytics projects.

  5. Lead small teams of analysts and provide guidance on modeling best practices.

  6. Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.

  7. Present insights through reports, dashboards, and management presentations.

  8. Develop End-User Guides and conduct knowledge transfer for effective utilization of data products

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  2. 5–7 years of experience in data science or advanced analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  3. Strong skills in Python, SQL, Spark, and machine learning techniques.

  4. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake, Azure, or GCP) and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
