  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and applicants in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms to ensure a professional appearance.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, and packages.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies and ensure office equipment is properly maintained.
  • Assist in preparing company events and hosting programs.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by management.
