Job Summary

The Billing Associate is responsible for managing sales and receivables, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and financial analysis of group-related travel.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely billing and follow-up on outstanding accounts.
  • Coordinate with clients to resolve payment issues.
  • Process billing requests, verify client details, and reconcile accounts.
  • Collect and analyze post-trip financial data, investigate variances, and reconcile advances.
  • Monitor travel funds, refunds, and supplier advances.
  • Address client inquiries on invoices within 24 hours and ensure proper payment allocation.
  • Support team workload, recommend process improvements, and maintain compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Knowledge of billing, receivables, and financial reconciliation preferred
