The Inventory Analyst is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy and optimizing stock levels through data analysis and coordination with key departments. This role involves monitoring stock movements, reconciling discrepancies, and implementing inventory control measures to support operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze inventory data to maintain accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile variances to ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to manage stock levels effectively.
  • Identify inventory trends and recommend necessary adjustments to optimize stock flow.
  • Prepare and generate reports on inventory performance, stock movement, and discrepancies.
  • Ensure adherence to inventory policies, procedures, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in inventory management or data analysis is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
