The
Subsidiaries Compliance Officer,
under the supervision of the Head, Subsidiaries Oversight Department (SOD), performs duties in assisting the Head, SOD to oversee the regulatory and corporate governance requirements of subsidiaries and to ensure that they are aligned with the parent company's compliance strategies and objectives.

Job Qualifications:

  • With at least five (5) years banking experience with compliance, audit, accounting, methods/policies and control functions.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented but capable of seeing the big picture or macro-level, ability to comprehend and interpret regulations and policies.
  • With ability to work and liaise effectively with other units of the Bank/subsidiaries and with the regulators
