Job Summary

The Receptionist/Office Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and employees, and supporting day-to-day office administration. This role helps maintain smooth office operations in a dynamic and fast-paced fintech setting.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and applicants in a professional manner.
  • Manage inquiries.
  • Oversee visitor logs and meeting room schedules.
  • Receive and route documents, deliveries, and packages if needed.

Office Administration:

  • Assist in managing office supplies, inventory, and procurement requests.
  • Coordinate facility needs such as repairs, maintenance, and vendor services.
  • Provide general administrative support to Operations and other departments as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience as a receptionist or office admin assistant is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; comfortable using digital tools and platforms (ideal for fintech).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
