Job Title: Commodity Manager - MRO

Work Set-up & Location: Hybrid (1 day WFH, 4 days onsite) | Binan, Laguna Technopark

Work Schedule: Day Shift

Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (Highly Subject for Renewal)

Salary Offer: ₱95,000

KEY EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Category Management and/or Strategic Sourcing of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) or related commodities
  • Proficient in Sourcing & Contracting tools such as SAP and/or Oracle
  • Strong background in Contract Negotiation, Vendor Management, and Influencing Skills
  • Proven expertise in negotiating and formulating marketing contracts, developing cost models, and understanding price structures
  • Skilled in risk management, particularly in contractual, intellectual property (IP), and labor law aspects
  • Demonstrated Project Management experience with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong presentation, organizational, and analytical abilities
  • Capable of presenting to and influencing senior management and stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php85, Php95,000.00 per month
