Job Summary

We are looking for an Engineering Facilities Services Team Leader (EFS) to manage daily maintenance operations and lead a team of technical staff. This role focuses on ensuring the efficient performance of all plant machinery and equipment, with a strong emphasis on tactical and hands-on management within the plant's operational framework.

Key Responsibilities

Supervisory Functions:

  • Oversee and schedule maintenance tasks to ensure timely repairs and compliance with safety standards.
  • Assign and monitor maintenance activities based on operational priorities.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance team motivation, performance, and morale.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company and safety policies.

Maintenance Functions:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all machinery and facility areas after maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, ensuring tools and parts are available.
  • Conduct regular inspections of plant machinery, auxiliary equipment, and facilities.
  • Prepare and submit maintenance reports with insights and improvement recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Electrical Engineer
  • At least 3 years of maintenance experience in a related industry, including 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and driver controllers
  • Familiarity with advanced safety systems and processes
  • Proven leadership and team management experience in a technical or engineering environment
