About the role

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Geosons Placement Agency in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your customer service skills in a supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and other communication channels
  2. Accurately documenting customer interactions and updating customer records
  3. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and make recommendations to management
  4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery
  5. Adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and compliance

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  2. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively
  3. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and various software applications
  5. Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not required
