Customer Sales Specialist

- 1–2 years' background in customer service, ideally within a retail setting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- A customer-first mindset with capability to handle and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Solid judgment and proven problem-solving skills with a focus on solutions.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with technology; Zendesk knowledge is highly desirable.
- Skilled in organization, time management, and task prioritization.
- Works well in a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service
- Address customer questions via phone, email, and voicemail promptly.
- Resolve issues and complaints, including problems with damaged or defective products.
- Share updates regarding repairs, inspections, and order progress.
- Motivate satisfied customers to leave positive feedback on review platforms.
- Assist the After Sales Service Team Leader by providing updates on order fulfillment.
- Investigate and resolve problems with delivery schedules and online order delays.
- Support social media monitoring to ensure messaging aligns with brand values.
2. Systems & Operational Standards
- Handle support tickets quickly and according to service guidelines.
- Use available system tools to prioritize and respond to customer needs.
- Organize tasks independently to ensure deadlines are met.
- Deliver solutions that satisfy customers while keeping business needs in mind.
3. Product Knowledge & Training
- Complete assigned training modules on time and maintain updated product knowledge.
- Keep informed of new product arrivals and specifications.
- Follow company processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
4. Administration
- Provide backup support for invoice processing and related administrative tasks.
- Process cancellations, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure daily administrative responsibilities are completed as outlined.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and share insights with the team.
