Scan Global Realty is an international real estate brokerage based in Dubai, specializing in residential and investment properties. We are expanding our sales team in Manila to support our Dubai operations and convert high-quality leads into successful property transactions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle and follow up on qualified leads generated from digital campaigns
  • Present Dubai real estate properties to potential buyers and investors
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and Dubai property teams for deal support
  • Maintain accurate client records and updates using CRM tools
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, call center, or client-facing roles
  • Experience in real estate, property sales, or high-ticket sales is a strong advantage
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
  • Experience using CRM systems is a plus
  • Must be able to work full-time, onsite in Makati
