Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and grow revenue for our manpower and recruitment services. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and coordinating closely with operations to ensure effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for manpower and recruitment services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements
  • Coordinate with operations and recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are met
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
  • Assist in improving business processes, pricing strategies, and service offerings
  • Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related course
  • At least 2 years of experience in Operations Management or Business Development from a manpower/recruitment agency
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Preferably able to speak Cantonese and/or Mandarin (advantage but not required)
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
