Job Description

The Business Development Associate is responsible for identifying, engaging, and acquiring brand partners for the company's e-commerce and TikTok marketing services. The role involves pitching partnership opportunities to potential clients through online meetings, emails, and personal face-to-face presentations. The ideal candidate is confident in sales, understands digital marketing trends—especially TikTok—and can build long-term client relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential brands and businesses suitable for TikTok promotion
  • Conduct online and in-person sales pitches to prospective clients
  • Present the company's e-commerce and TikTok marketing services clearly and persuasively
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners and clients
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership packages for clients
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new brands
  • Negotiate partnership terms and close deals in line with company targets
  • Monitor client needs and provide follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Track leads, meetings, and conversions and submit regular sales reports
  • Stay updated on TikTok trends, e-commerce strategies, and competitor offerings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Experience in business development, sales, account management, or digital marketing
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and TikTok marketing is an advantage
  • Comfortable conducting both online and face-to-face client meetings
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to close deals
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (email, presentations, CRM tools)
  • Willing to do field work and attend client meetings when needed

Preferred Skills (Advantage)

  • Background in influencer marketing or social media marketing
  • Experience working with brands or agencies
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop, live selling, or affiliate marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
