  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and services.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and business plans for management approval.
  • Monitor performance of new and existing programs to ensure profitability and sustainability.
  • Coordinate with medical, nursing, and support departments for project implementation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, insurers, and partner institutions.
  • Ensure alignment of business development strategies with hospital goals and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare reports and updates for senior management.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in healthcare or related industry.
  • Strong background in financial analysis, project management, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
