QUALIFICATION:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Food Science/Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology or any related course.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year working experience in Quality Control/Assurance or related technical expertise.
  • With exposure on technical QA activities like Inspection, verification, training & Performing Root Cause Analysis
  • Good Analytical, Communication, and Problem Solving Skills
  • With knowledge on GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.
  • Good Attention to details, can do Team work and Collaboration, has Time Management, Proficient in documentation and record-keeping.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced production environment and on shifting schedules.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Quality Assurance Technician will verify adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), protocols, and applicable government regulations and report findings to management and other appropriate parties as defined by applicable government regulations and company policy.

  • Perform daily inspection and verification compliance to the guidelines, protocols & procedures implemented in the Toll Chicken Dressing Plant.
  • Pre-Start up Inspection- conducts cleaning and sanitation verification prior start of operation of Toll party dressing plant.
  • Product classification, chilling process and weight per crate verification form- verification of production process on a set interval from DC classification, chilling process and weighing of DC per crate including ice requirement per crates.
